  36. I wasn't aware that control change numbers or any other number used in Midi is 
  37. greater than 127.

  39. As for the patch editor,  PatchMeister , this has not yet been posted on 
  40. Compuserve.  At least it wasn't the last time I checked 2 days ago.  There is 
  41. a demo version there however it is crippled.
